Hahaha... I'm at a loss for how utterly unprofessional this is. I mean, good on him for getting the record but that the CEO sends his own copy of a record to a customer because of a strongly worded complaint is beyond hilarious.

I think they're shipping me Run DMC. Saw a package coming from North Carolina on my USPS Informed Delivery. It's in the preship phase. So at least one is finally on its way, eventually. I was going to laugh if it was the Ella Christmas record that I just sent them a cancellation email for.

Logged into my account, saw "fulfilled" and briefly got excited, but then remembered that the first thing on my order list is from several months ago, and the records I'm actually waiting for are about 15 orders down. You know, where new orders belong.
So yeah still stuck at "unfulfilled"...in more ways than one.

This is just not going to happen, so a vote like this is ultimately meaningless. They either have, or will very soon have, the ROTM stock from their pressing plants. They literally can't cancel it.
Also, I think the ROTM shipping is arguably the easiest thing they need to do.
