We want to extend our sincerest apologies for the recent delays in both shipping and customer support replies. We are reaching out to you directly because your order(s) is in the backlog of orders we’re still working to ship. While we always anticipate higher than usual orders this time of year, the combination of increased orders and challenges with our recent system migration combined to overwhelm both our logistics and customer support teams.
We have added additional customer support representatives who are working overtime to answer your questions as quickly as possible and our warehouse is working extra shifts over the weekend and into the holidays to remedy the delays.
As of this morning, we have shipped approximately 70% of our December orders and we anticipate being caught up in the next 7-10 days.
Expect to receive multiple shipments from VMP over the course of the month. Once we are through the backlog our typical order bundling will resume.
If you have already emailed customer support, we kindly request that you do not send a second email as it will actually further delay our ability to respond in a timely manner – which neither of us want! Unfortunately, at this time, our customer support team members are unable to offer detailed statuses on orders which are marked “unfulfilled.” Please know that these orders haven’t been lost, and will be packed and shipped out as soon as possible. All tracking information will be sent via email as things leave the warehouse.
