Iā€™m dragging people into fun! I actually like the January ROTMā€™s! I think the Essentials ROTM is an excellent pick. And I also really like the Classics ROTM pick too! And R&HH is a pretty nice pick as well. Itā€™s a disappointing pick, but at least the Essentials and Classics pick is šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„

I cannot wait for all the VMP exclusives in 2020! I think itā€™s going to be an amazing year of exclusives!

I'm with you. As much as VMP has pissed me off this past month (years), at the end of the day the product matters the most to me so I'm not quitting. I've loved what I've gotten from them this year and am excited for 2020, especially to see what Anthologies they roll out.

I know I have a very low tolerance for companies taking my money and treating me like poo. Very very very low. I can ALWAYS find another place to spend my hard earned money. It took them about 2.5-3 years to make me swear them off forever. So, curious about some others' journey.

Yeah, I love their products in general! Especially the Essentials and Classics ROTMā€™s! Yes, you get defects, but most of their exclusives sound great and you get looked after if there are problems (in my experience)! I cannot wait to see what other Anthologies they have coming out as well! Iā€™m so keen! šŸ™‡ā€ā™‚ļø

This is why Iā€™m leaving Urban Outfitters. Iā€™ve been underwhelmed overall by their products (everything is defected and some exclusives sound average) and even moreso by their customer service. The Destinyā€™s Child Writingā€™s On The Wall exclusive did sound great though. Britney Spears exclusives sound OK, nothing special - pretty much all of them were defected unfortunately. The final cutting point was when I received Billie Eilishā€™s EP, which was already was opened, with no inner sleeve and heavily scratched. Urban Outfitters sending me a returned faulty product was a definite ā€œnever againā€ moment for me šŸ™…ā€ā™‚ļø

Iā€™ve been a member since 2017! Late 2017! Iā€™ve been treated really well fortunately, but I can see for a lot of people on here, that they have been treated like poo!

But VMP have been really generous with me. Theyā€™ve given me free records and I think they love how obsessed I am with them when I ask if they have a past sold-out exclusive in stock! Iā€™m always complimenting them when I send those emails, sending very positive vibes šŸ™ˆšŸ˜ŠšŸ˜‡

I have been a member for exactly 2 years and as of this month I have reached my limit. I am okay with the delays, but they did not own it and the communication was completely absent. I am stuck at the moment bc I donā€™t have my records yet and due to the holiday mail delay this week and my renewal date being 1/1/20, it looks like I am stuck for at least one more month. I cut my teeth in the service industry and this will be a textbook example of what not to do. If you want to build customer loyalty during a crisis during the busy time of the year, own your mistakes. And the daily emails and Instagram posts drive me nuts. As I said several days ago, put some Instagram posts of all hands on deck down in NC packing boxes and you wonā€™t hear another peep from me. Oh and by the way, we all payed our subscription on time, so that is my justification for feeling this way.

I agree. If they had owned this and sent an email out, like they did when Queen had the wrong cover, it would have been fine for most. But oh so many problems. Delays. Missing orders. Mobb Deep. Customs. CS lack of response. Last Christmas was also a shit show and I bit again for Van Morrison. I donā€™t know what could lure me back. Now with customs it is very poor value for international members. So many changes would be needed to lure back anyone from Europe
