I think this is where most of the aggravation, for me anyway, stems. But we all have our own ways of dealing and or reacting to these things and that's fine. With any company, I will give you my money to a certain point, but when "I" feel problems are being ignored or not addressed properly and I, as a customer, am now just a revenue stream, I speak with my wallet. I've said it since the beginning, I hope they get their shit together, but it won't happen until the right nerve or person/s gets hit, that's just the way it is unfortunately.Because this company could be magical.
