I got my replacement STARS. It is SLIGHTLY better, but same issues. I'd imagine anyone getting a replacement will not notice much of a difference.

I'd definitely let them know that the issue is still prevalent on your replacement. They should be aware that it's a widespread issue.

I took a 20-second video, then used HandBrake to get it down to 12MB. When I initially tried to upload it at 46MB, the site kept timing out before it would attach.

They had a flash sale last Thur and Fri. Technically until 10 am on Sat. I received an email about it. Wasn't much of a sale considering their prices are high already but some desirable titles were suddenly restocked in limited quantities. My guess is that they were being held for replacements that were no longer needed, but that's just a guess on my part.

Don't bother with swapping for either. Both are readily available on discogs for a little over the price of one.

Looks like there are some Hatchie vinyl issues everywhere and not just the VMP ones.

I ordered the blue glow in the dark from the label and got a clear vinyl that doesn't glow in the dark. (edit: turns out if you hold it in front of a bright light and then take it into a dark room, it glows. it just looks identical to the milky clear variant when it's not glowing)

Someone on Vinyl Collective said they pre-ordered through Rough Trade and got an e-mail from them saying the distributer misplaced their copies.
