I specifically joined back up for that El-P record, and now shows I'm getting 2 copies of the Roots and no el-p and swaps are closed/El-P sold out...The chances I hear back from them before these ship out is rare these days I'm guessing?

Repeatedly email into both info and use the web portal, I sent one every hour yesterday for about four hours until they fixed it. I think someone suggested selecting "cancellation" in the web portal as they tend to answer those faster.

I've had a couple issues with the February ROTMs and had to contact support twice. Each time they got back to me within a couple hours and actually fixed the issues (one was duplicate tracks, and another was tracks not showing for Feb at all, similar to what was reported here). They seem to be pretty quick at answering these sorts of questions, but my questions regarding an unfulfilled order from November still remain unanswered.

I got a shipping notification for Grimes this morning so, just like Frances Quinlan, I’ll be receiving it before it’s release date. Honestly wasn’t expecting it because Moses Sumney was part of the same order so I figured I wouldn’t get it until June or July. I guess they fixed the split order issue. Still no reply to my CS ticket regarding being taxed on my monthly charges. I was refunded the taxes last month and told the issue was resolved but apparently that wasn’t the case.

Regardless of when things are ordered, they get shipped as they become available

This got straightened out fairly quick. They got back to me, and El-P was added to my order. Now let's see if I get an extra Roots record as well!

It seems anyone who had an "Extra" in their order it got removed thereafter. I had Bitte Orca in my orders now it's gone.....thank god

Only one of my two extras has been removed. But the one that is remaining is due to a different error than the one that happened after swaps closed.
