Also: cost. I’ve been able to find older pressings of various Classics records for a fraction of the monthly membership price. I’ll probably be able to do the same with next month’s Stevie Nicks pick as soon as record stores are open for business again.

and there also being a beautiful AAA remaster done on 180g vinyl by rhino in 2016 and released on gold vinyl this January 😂

I did see both yesterday. I don't think they are sold out since they are still available for sale in the store. They might have just limited the number of copies available in swaps. You can typically email to get a swap manually done if that album is in stock in the store and not a pre-order.

Yeah this, the swaps stock seems to generally be an allotted smaller portion than the total stock number. So stuff leaves there before it's actually out of stock. Or you get the opposite like Idler... where it only ever shows back up in swaps... Though I GOTTA think that is still planned for a repress...

I love Caroline Polachek’s “Pang!” so much! It was definitely one of my favourite albums from 2019! I’m already anticipating her sophomore release! 😁🙋‍♂️

Ahh, that makes sense, thanks guys. I've been very indecisive this month on whether I want to swap my add-on or just drop it altogether. Jorge Ben and EU are my top two "saving for a rainy day" swaptions so I had a moment of panic when I saw both vanish.

EU is VERY easy to find on discogs for under $20, so I wouldn't be too bummed about that one if it sells out. I'd go for Jorge Ben first since it's typically more expensive to buy elsewhere. Jorge Ben is on my rainy day list too at some point I think...

I’ve been planning on swapping for that Jorge Ben for a few months now but end up either keeping all 3, or something crazy being added to swaps ie Bandana, Woodstock, and Idler Wheel. One of these days I’m going to grab it .

What is unique about the Cherry Tree members exclusive in comparison to the one anyone can purchase from their site? I'm not a member so I can't see it. Beyond limited aspect, what is the color?
