Alright people, I keep getting sad emoji notifications about my post of me inviting that Discogs troll to N&G.

I was kidding. I did not and will not be inviting them.

UNLESS...all of you who put sad emojis KNEW it was a joke and are sad because you know I'm not inviting them and wish I would. Not to brag, but I have a 100% buyer rating on Discogs so an invite from me would carry a lot of weight. Okay...so I'm confused...invite them?

That's a funny story from what I have read. Includes them getting sued and Ghostface getting fired by his lawyer for non payment.

I got it for $24 in their sale a month or so ago. It's been a month since I listened but I think it sounded good and I was kind of listening for the noise we've been getting and it didn't have that. I looked at the Discog reviews that were generally very good and I agree. I didn't ask for a replacement, so it's in the top 50% from VMP as of late.

I remember a couple of people saying they had some surface noise and had to ask for a replacement. But overall it was well received. My copy sounds fantastic.

Weird. I can't see any news of a recent reissue, but there is no green variant on Discogs (as far as I can tell). I wonder if they are using the plates from 2015 or if it's something new. Would've liked more info about it before dropping $38 USD on it. Alas, what would VMP do with more time?

My local just got it in stock but it doesn’t list whether it’s on colored wax or not though…

Came to say the same! My local has it in their online "today's new arrivals" video. So we've at least got some of it in the Pac NW!
 
Ok @bdrummond and @wmeugene I've relistened to my 2xLP Liquid Swords and I am ok releasing the box to a good home.

@bdrummond you get first dibs unless you'd like to give @wmeugene a break and submit to a random generator. Otherwise @wmeugene gets seconds. If neither of you want it, no worries. I'll list it on Discogs for about double and it has sold recently around that price so I won't cry.

I'll part with it for $120 and I can take care of shipping for @wmeugene. @bdrummond I am just noticing you are in Canada? You'll have to take care of shipping on that one, sorry. If you want me to insure it we can do that but you'll have to pay for that too.

Insist on Friends and Fam at this price point.

I'd grade it NM/VG+. And that hurts me to give it that grade because VG+ doesn't tell the whole story. It's perfect EXCEPT for the printed inners have splits and under strict goldmine grading that drops it to a VG+. Also includes saved hype stickers from when I opened it.

For space considerations, it is about 2.25" inches wide or 4-5 gatefold LPs.

You don't even need to find an outer sleeve to fit it cause I have it in one! Records are in poly inners. And I have a perfect Acoustic Sounds box set mailer for it.
