Short answer is VMP.

Long answer is that there was a damaged box of zines last month and people didn’t get it. So instead of recognizing the anomaly for what it was, they have decided to add it as a shipping item for all members to prevent their logistics team from screwing it up again. Of course, this will absolutely not help should the same anomaly happen again and places the blame on an innocent partner instead of being transparent about what actually happened, see short answer.
