Tenderness is ine of my all time favorite songs (I recently reminded my best friend that I want it played at my funeral)
Though just realizing that my all time favorite lines was a sham - I always thought it was “you’re squeezing the tender bone like it was a ham” and not “you’re squeezing the telephone like it was her hand”
I like my version better.

Spin #6 - Various Artists "Soul Slabs Vol. 2", RSD 2019, Colemine Records, 3xLP Red Vinyl Numbered Edition Limited to 2500
This one should last me for the rest of the afternoon. I was really impressed when I first got this to the turntable. It ended up starting my journey down the Colemine Records rabbit hole. I'm adding a photo from last year right before I opened the shrink wrap.

I believe this was from when RSD tried to do smaller events monthly in record stores. I think it lasted a couple months in 2011. I literally just opened the shrink. This is my first listen.
