2nd Spin in as many days. Its been itching at me all day to listen again, really great music and the pressing is just fantastic!

How does their stuff sound on vinyl? I love this band but never picked up their records thinking if the mastering isn't just right their sound would really suffer.

Yeah, it’s honestly not great. It’s Polyvinyl, so you won’t pay much for the LP, but it’s very lo-fi (by design of course) so you’re not really gaining anything on the vinyl format. Would be interesting to see what a high-end mastering engineer could do with it though! (like the Kevin Gray Alien Lanes)

Loved that band. Saw them in a half full venue near the end of their career. The big question was whether it was Sense Field or Sensefield - don't think they ever really decided!

I saw them a couple times, once at a dive bar in El Cajon, and another at SXSW just after Building came out. A friend of mine was a music writer and knew Jon at the time, even called him out from the stage. Such a good band.
