Daniel Norgren - Skogens Frukter (Superpuma Records, 2017 First Pressing)
Following on from Wooh Dang, this is one that I was missing and was able to pick up at his London show last year. He also signed this one for me, which was really nice of him.
Gerry Mulligan – Meets The Sax Giants Volume 1 (Verve Records, 1961 First Mono Pressing)
A compilation recorded in New York and Los Angeles between August 1957 and July 1960, these sessions see Mulligan performing with Paul Desmond, Stan Getz, Ben Webster and Johnny Hodges in the first of 4 volumes.
DJ Kicks - Peggy Gou (!K7 Records, 2019 Signed Deluxe Edition - Limited to 100 copies)
Giving this one last check-over before it heads off to a new home. This is the deluxe edition which was limited to 100 copies on the K7 website. I bought it for £20.99 inc postage thinking it was just the standard edition but turns out it was this version. Comes signed by Gou, with a polaroid sheet, lenticular postcard, and 2 LP's. Its a decent set tbh.
Another cassette from a pile I bought a few weeks ago. Amongst the live recordings was a series of interview tapes, with some taken from Radio broadcasts. This one is with Art Pepper just after he had performed for 2 weeks at Ronnie Scotts in London, and just before the release of his autobiography (which is one of my favourite jazz autobiographies), Straight Life.
