Manic Street Preacher - Know Your Enemy

Considering they’ve squeezed an almost 80 minute album onto 2 sides this actually doesn’t sound bad at all. You do have to crank the fuck out of it to make it audible mind. Really looking forward to the reimagined double album version coming in September, the track listing seems to flow much better and over 2 discs it’s should be a more sensible press!

My wife scored a box of records from some neighbours down the street this afternoon. It was probably 75% James Last records but this was in there as well it's a well-loved mono copy (Canadian pressing) but sounds great so far - a few crackles that a good cleaning would probably clear most or all of.

Also, the first Beatles record on our shelf, after all this time!

Looks like the first 3 pressings of this were Ryan Smith STERLING cuts, pressed at RTI...not this 4th pressing variant.

It doesn't sound bad, though. Still would have liked to hear the actual lacquer cut - not this DMM cut.
