@folsom_lives - No non-fill issues with the black variant if you see one to pick up.

Back in my record hunting days in Southern Illinois I never came across an original of this one. Probably wouldn't know what it was if I would have seen it, though.

I do think it is interesting that one of my private press records was recorded in the same studio in West Central Illinois, Golden Voice Recording Company / Milam Audio Corporation.

That original record doesn't go for the same price as an original of this one, though.

Nice! Yeah, Pekin is a strange town. I worked in telemarketing there for a year.

I asked my mom who’s hometown, Olney isn’t too far away from Mount Vernon if she was familiar but she didn’t graduate HS until ‘76 so Farm was still a bit before her time.

Started with the new pressing of Europe’72. Liked the new mastering but I didn’t compare with my other versions.

Steve Carlson spun this one on his YouTube channel Sunday Morning show so I pulled this one. Not sure why I got the VMP version but it looks nice.

Then hit the back room to pull, clean, and catalog a couple old used ones. This is a promo MJ 12” Beat It. Maybe never played till now. My one and only MJ vinyl maybe.

This is a CRC pressing. Vinyl plays like new. I didn’t know I knew any Billy Idol but a lot of these songs seem familiar. 🤔

I was born in Centralia and my grandparents lived in Salem...so I know that area fairly well.
