Blech. Does LA winning mean that I have to root for the Yankees in the ALCS so we either get a Subway Series part Deux or a Dodgers/Yankees battle of the evil empires?Mets, you have one job to do
I think if Detroit pulls it out I will still pull for them but if it’s Cleveland…

All season long they’ve been a feast or famine team. Putting Cease on the hill with 3 days rest didn’t help. I’d have rather seen Perez get the start for game 4 instead, he’s been pretty clutch since they picked him up.

Yea, Mets/Dodgers and Yankees/Guardians feels kind of anticlimactic after all the potential at the start of the postseason.

I won’t watch anymore unless the Dodgers are on the brink of elimination. I *might* watch the series if the Yankees are in it, whether or not I root for them depends on who they’d play. The Padres loss has left such a bitter taste in my mouth, I just don’t know if I can bring myself to watch again.

Same way I feel with the Phillies. Was really thinking Phils/Padres would be a great series. Now I'll spend my sports watching time watching my kid play some high level volleyball. Found myself watching a college volleyball game a few nights ago and enjoyed it a ton.

While I understand the lean toward NYY and LAD, I honestly think it's a toss up all around. None of these teams are 100 win juggernauts, and each of them has notable flaws. As always with playoff baseball, it will come down to pitching, defense and timely hitting across a small sample size of 4-7 games.

. It seems like every game in this NLCS whoever wins has a huge game and the other not so much.

Wouldn’t it be wild if this was The Mets team that won it? The past 20 years have had so many teams that were supposed to be the team. In 2015 they had a starting rotation Harvey, deGromm, Syndergaard, Wheeler, and Matz.
