Mofi/Music Direct are terrible. When I got my Mingus One Step. It was literally missing all of the photos that were supposed to come with it. I emailed them and was told A. I didn't buy from them so tough luck and B. The printer was broken, that's why it was missing photos. That's the actual reason they told me. Oh and also the box was numbered twice, a number was poorly erased and then then re-added. And they told me that was because they re use boxes from other One Steps. Oh and both discs were warped as well. So on this supposedly premium product, The box was clearly recycled, the discs were both warped, and a significant part of the package was missing because "the printer broke" and no they wouldn't do anything about it because I didn't buy it from them.
So I did what any self respecting collector would do. I lit them up on Instagram with the help of a lot of people on here and continued to do so every day on every one of their posts until their socials person emailed me and actually fixed the issue. Ridiculous. Worst CS I've ever experienced.
