This got added today after I pestered them for more details:

All titles will be newly mastered by Ryan K. Smith at Sterling Sound from the original analog master tapes, pressed on 180g vinyl at RTI and packaged in deluxe tip-on jackets.

Nice work. This is intriguing for the first 3 months at least.

Yea really not sure who is running some of these series and why they don’t realize that these things are selling points to people.

I know that this isn’t exactly earth shattering news, but that new Mofi Abraxas is pretty amazing. I had the KG cut, but despite repeated cleanings, it was always noisy and it never really hit home.

This one does.

Edit/add: I put on the KG again to make sure I wasn’t crazy — and I’ll add, the mastering isn’t the issue, my pressing is the problem. It just has a lot of surface noise and makes for a frustrating, distracting listen where it feels like the record — vs the music — is fighting for top billing

Literally cleaning it as we speak. And I had the same issue with the KPG.

Picked it up 3 weeks ago and love it. The KPG is now in the sale pile . My KPG was noisy as well.

I have this one, which as I recall doesn't sound bad. But the reviews are mixed because it is pressed at United. Wish one of the audiophile labels would do some Nick Drake instead of The Eagles.

Looking like the new craft one step might be Bill Evans - Explorations… putting clues together. Bit of a shame if so because I was hoping for a rock one.
