Sale should start Sunday if they stick with last years schedule. They seem to be fairly consistent on dates. I've already got a bunch of stuff in the cart! The Target deals are where it's at though (especially if you have a target red card). Free shipping, additional 5% off and they work out to $18 a piece during the Buy 2 Get 1 sales. Only downside is they often oversell and pre-orders can be iffy.
Well there goes the rest of my day...Sale should start Sunday if they stick with last years schedule. They same to be fairly consistent on dates. I've already got a bunch of stuff in the cart!
I might have to get that Armatrading at some point. I've also wanted some of the Everclear pressings they did but it's mostly for nostalgic reasons...
The Joan Armatage is coming up as $66 CAD including shipping. $20 us for shipping. Not too shabby especially if you find more than one record you fancy. See it’s easy, the more you buy the more you save! Buy enough and intervention records will be paying YOU!Sadly/luckily the shipping from Intervention to Canada is too high. Makes the records almost $100 CDN. They show up in stores here so I just will keep my eyes peeled for them when I can leave my house again.
charging card on backorder/preorders, overselling, and cancellations are reasons I have not rolled the dice on Target. The Target deals are where it's at though (especially if you have a target red card). For the prices, I think it's absolutely worth any headaches. If there's a limited album you absolutely must have, I'd buy it elsewhere. Otherwise, I've been mostly fine with Target orders. Only ones that got cancelled for me were Dylan - Oh Mercy and the Neil Young Archive box set which was very clearly a pricing error.charging card on backorder/preorders, overselling, and cancellations are reasons I have not rolled the dice on Target.
Target doesn't charge until the item ships, like Amazon. They also don't do backorders - if an item is out of stock, it can't be ordered. As for preorders, yes, they have cancelled some of those. But the dealz!charging card on backorder/preorders, overselling, and cancellations are reasons I have not rolled the dice on Target.
CorrectSince we’re on the topic, AS doesn’t charge until it ships right?
They do place a hold though. I know it's different but some people have ordered a TON of stuff from Target and the hold amounts have been huge.Target doesn't charge until the item ships, like Amazon. Amz does not, but AS does, yes, It's 6 day hold for my bank, AS usually ships by then. They do place a hold though. I know it's different but some people have ordered a TON of stuff from Target and the hold amounts have been huge.
Talking about Target preorders. If you order something (like say...a Tone Poet that keeps getting delayed) then you'll get a hold every 30 days. If you change your credit card info or it expires, then your order will get cancelled, I believe, through Target.Amz does not, but AS does, yes, It's 6 day hold for my bank, AS usually ships by then.
So do you have that red card connected to your own credit/debit card? How does that work? The Target deals are where it's at though (especially if you have a target red card). I think the red card is a credit card.So do you have that red card connected to your own credit/debit card? How does that work?
