I know that's one option, but I have a hazy recollection of an additional option that doesn't require applying for a Target card.I think the red card is a credit card.

@Russ I it's actually a debit card (they do have a credit card option but the debit card doesn't require credit check or any application really). it hooks up to your checking and automatically deducts 5% off any purchase, plus free 2 day shipping on most items. if you join target circle you also occasionally get a 20% off your entire purchase coupon too.I think the red card is a credit card.
Not a good idea to have holds placed on a checking account for pre-orders.@Russ I it's actually a debit card (they do have a credit card option but the debit card doesn't require credit check or any application really). it hooks up to your checking and automatically deducts 5% off any purchase, plus free 2 day shipping on most items. if you join target circle you also occasionally get a 20% off your entire purchase coupon too.
I'm actually not seeing any holds at all placed on Target red card preorders I have made that haven't been delivered yet.Not a good idea to have holds placed on a checking account for pre-orders.
Got it. For some reason I was thinking it could be connected to a debit card you already had, but I guess if it's connected to your checking account, that's basically the same thing. Yea. I personally think its worth it as long as you aren't buying a ton of stuff you can't pay for (which goes without saying). It deducts the money within a few days of purchase. I buy a decent amount of stuff from Target since there is one near us so the savings add up over time. You also don't have to carry it with you to the shop--you can add it in the target app and pay that way if you're in store. I didn't want to do the credit card because I didn't want another card on my credit history.Got it. One other thing - when I received my Red card in the mail it included a $50 off $100 purchase (I have the debit as well)!Yea. I love how the bundle is called the Burrito Supreme
I took advantage of a similar bundle for two Joe Jackson titles recently. It's nice that they offer a bit of a price break on those pairings.
I just made the "mistake" of streaming Katanga. That Target B2G1 sale can't be here soon enough! The Target deals are where it's at though (especially if you have a target red card). Free shipping, additional 5% off and they work out to $18 a piece during the Buy 2 Get 1 sales. Only downside is they often oversell and pre-orders can be iffy.

Always a great sounding album. I have an original Bethlehem mono release but never went for the stereo. AP releases a 45 rpm version right? I’ll definitely pick up this new version though.Boom Boom alert.
Have not seen this mentioned anywhere but there is a new reissue of Nina Simone's "Little Girl Blue" cut by KPG.

Anyone have and care to comment of the recording/remastering quality of the 2-3 current Rodriguez albums out there and if the jump from digital on these is worth it ?
