Man I wish we had either of those prices. A standard 2LP 45 mofi is normally £60/€70 which works out at about $82US or $103CAD in store.

Yeah that's what our 2LP APs are going for these days. About $90 CAD. However with Acoustic Sounds now shipping $29 flat to Canada that will save a lot of money if you buy a couple at a time.

It’s just so expensive to ship from the states to here and then the fact they’ll only use couriers for us is the triple whammy of huge cost for the shipping itself, customs and the €18 handling fee. How I hate that damned handling fee.

Yeah the couriers are the reason I've never ordered from them up until now when they just changed it. Ot course the funny thing is at this point I've already bought all the current Mofis and APs I want so there's literally nothing for me to buy on their site.

Maybe. Honestly I think Nilsson Schmillson is the only one I need. I keep looking at Still Crazy One Step but I'm not gunna. I would have gotten Bridge Over Troubled Water One Step but I have seen so many reviews of noisy pressings and what with Mofi's terrible "you must buy direct from us or we won't fix our shit" policy I just couldn't pull the trigger. I'm sure there are good ones but the sheer number of reviews saying the pressing is riddled with pops made me stop.Until Son of Schmilsson comes out

Has any Canuck ordered from AS with their flat rate? Curious of who they use for shipping? If it is UPS I will have to really think whether it is worth it. All our UPS drivers are extras from those Samsonite luggage gorilla ads. Getting a parcel here from them without a boot print on the box is a rarity.

Yeah all the ones I want are older ones now, not much in their current catalogue that interests me. Maybe Parsely, Sage Rosemary and Thyme 33 when it’s repressed. Plus after what I did last night I’m errrr off the market for a bit…

Yeah I'm not sure, it says no duty flat rate so if it is a courier then they've made some deal. Wouldn't be surprised if it's DHL. But no, I don't know anyone who has ordered yet.

I did see some pre orders when I was poking around on there. Not sure if MW was one of them. I don't think it was up yet.
The only thing I'm debating is Soulville 2LP 45. I've got the VMP version and it's fine but not great.

For all you Canadians, been seeing this guy sell a lot of MoFis lately. Not sure how his prices compare to your other Canadian MoFi shops, or what his shipping is…but might be an option for ya if you don’t know him:
Thanks for that. These are a bit cheaper than my local overall (like a few dollars), but my local tends to have a slightly wider selection of MoFis - although like everyone, it's diminishing. Good to have options. I'm planning on another trip to my local when I'm back home at the end of the week... they have a few MOFIs I should get before they're gone. Fingers crossed they make it until then.

His prices are in CAD not USD, so it says $61 for Truth which is $48USD according to google. maybe it's showing differently for you? Or maybe you're including shipping in there (didn't see what his rates are)

You can pre-order any and all rumored titles from MoFi through MD by calling them. No need to hunt around. It's $124.99 shipped I believe if you call. Assuming you are talking about the One Step? Can order any of the One Steps even if they aren't 100% locked in yet. People had preordered the ELO One Step after it was unofficially announced. You can also preorder the Supervinyl of Crosby if you feel so inclined.

I think it must be converting automatically to USD for you. Because I see $75 CAD which would convert to $61 USD.

stupid technology! yea that's definitely what is happening. looked at his posts in a mofi sell group i'm in and they say 70CAD for the Dylan but says $61 on mine.
