Yeah, now that I've listened to it a bit, I can understand that! Maybe not even limited to December.Charlie Brown Christmas gets so much spinning from me every year for the month of December haha.
I have the Craft QRP black, and it sounds great, but seems a little less dynamic than the Baseball-mitt brown “Boy Named Charlie Brown” that I bought earlier this year.Vince Guaraldi Trio-A Charlie Brown Christmas-180 Gram Vinyl Record|Acoustic Sounds

Here's the QRP Craft one if you feel like buying to compare!
I'm a huge fan of it. By far my favorite christmas album and it does get me in the holiday spirit. I always throw it on when we are decorating and on christmas day when we open presents. I only have about 4 or 5 christmas albums on vinyl because I only spin them a few times a year...otherwise I just stream mostly. I have been listening to Bobby Timmons Holiday Soul this year a lot so may eventually pick that up on vinyl...then I have the Ella AS Christmas pressing, and Nat King Cole's Christmas album. That tides me over haha.Yeah, now that I've listened to it a bit, I can understand that! Maybe not even limited to December.
I'll check that one out. Really enjoying Bobby Timmons Holiday Soul if you want another jazzy chrimbo album.Speaking of Christmas albums, the first track of Merry Ole Soul is sublime. I like the whole album, but I love the deconstruction/reconstruction in that track. And the percussion.
Curious how many copies they pressed. Really surprised both albums have been in stock for more than a day based on how quickly most other AP represses sell outDefinitely bought the Mono Trane and Rollins first thing this morning, FOMO is real.
Yeah I'm gonna need these releases to be stagnated. I'm counting on you, global supply chain delays!
Indeed. Lush Life in already #4 on their top sellers list; they have to be moving a lot of these.Curious how many copies they pressed. Really surprised both albums have been in stock for more than a day based on how quickly most other AP represses sell out
Did someone really buy this for $600? Is this why we can't have nice things, cause people will pay this much?Vince Guaraldi Trio - A Charlie Brown Christmas: 2x12", Album, Ltd, RE, RM, 180 For Sale | Discogs

They probably just saw the internet laughing at them and decided to pull it off the marketplace.Did someone really buy this for $600? Is this why we can't have nice things, cause people will pay this much?
so they did their own version of thisThey probably just saw the internet laughing at them and decided to pull it off the marketplace.
There’s a sucker born every minute.I'd wager someone bought it. Some people have a lot of disposable income, will only accept the best, and the number of albums more sentimental to people than a Charlie Brown Christmas is pretty short. I guess we'll see if the Discogs stats update at any point.
I'm with @waruv --wouldn't be shocked if somebody bought this. It's pretty rare and is likely the last time that an AAA reissue of it becomes available. Although with how Chad operates, I wouldn't be shocked if they repress it from the old plates at some point which is why I have resisted paying crazy prices (and also i just couldn't bring myself to pay that much for a single album.)Did someone really buy this for $600?
