Another thing I have noticed is location plays a huge factor.Chad mentions that the Discogs median is $240 on this, which is correct. Even eBay has most selling for $180-220 (which also means flippers are making $10-$15 after eBay fees lol)
Do people not check for stuff anywhere other than Discogs?? Why on earth are people already buying them for twice the price? This hobby confuses the hell out of me sometimes.
Certain records over here in the UK sell for a lot more than their US counterparts, presumably because people know that international shipping, and fees would hit them hard (on top of wait times, damage, etc). This isn't just isolated to older records (although Blue Notes are a key example) but any modern stuff thats US only.
