Could be, but I've only had issues from the UK since COVID and both times it's been Royal Mail. No issues from any other EU countries in that time however. Who knows...
 
Does anybody happen to have the Ikea Sonos speakers as rear surround speakers? Trying to figure out options for stands for them...I was hoping my existing stands could work but not sure how to retro fit them right now...

I ordered an Ortofon Blue Stylus from them last year based on all the glowing reviews and will never buy from them again. Sounds like my experience was just a fluke...if they were local I'd give them another shot but just not worth the hassle to me.

1/26 /19 - I placed my order.
1/30/19 - didn't receive a tracking number so reached out. They replied promptly and said my order had shipped.
2/7/19 - I reached out to them again since I kept checking the tracking number and it showed that a label had been created but the item hadn't been received yet. They replied right away and apologized and said they'd send a replacement since it looked like the first one had been lost before getting to their mail depot. They sent me a new tracking number but it said the same thing...was waiting for the shipper to hand them the package.
2/10/19 - I reached out again (I'm really concerned now that something weird is going on) and they never replied.
I received the stylus at the very end of March (they ended up finally shipping it 2/10). I checked the tracking on the package I received and it was the original tracking number (they never expedited a second one). I understand delays and I know they can't control how long things are in transit, but it was the way they handled it that bugged me. I thought I was very fair in my correspondences with them so not sure what really happened.

If I have a bad experience with a place, I like to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a few chances, but I'll never order from them again. Again, I'm sure this was just a fluke and hopefully you'll have better luck!
 
I need a new cartridge. I'm open to anything hopefully sub-$500. Upgrading from a Ortofon 2M Blue on a Pro Ject Debut III table.

is this a lateral move for a cart, would it be more prudent to invest in just a new needle for the blue? A new table is probably not in the cards until 2021.

It’s not exactly lateral. You are getting a more advanced stylus profile with the A/T. They make far more cartridges than Ortofon. Their manufacturing costs are far lower because of this.

If you were happy before, you can always just get a new stylus.
