Yeah this. If you look the centre of the plug there’s a little button. Prise it out. The banana plug goes in there. Equally you could get a spade on the amp end and screw it out slightly, put the spade over the metal, and then tighten it back up again.

Not yet. My speakers require non standard threads. It's a long story involving 3 seperate companies and many emails and phone calls, but I was given word the alternate threads would be mailed out in a couple days. Hopefully they arrive next week, as it's been over 3 weeks since I actually recieved the Gaias. On the plus side, it's given me time to live with my new cartridge and get a feel for it, before adding the gaias to the mix.
