I went with the Limited box to get the 180 gram versions of the analog LP's to go with the Remix/Remastered CD's

I have to say the 3 different versions - and different live covers seems a bit confusing for me - I would think it would REALLY confuse people that are getting these copies at their local Dollar General.

I was pifsgiving one and am looking forward to it. I think its the 7/7 version.

When I ordered from Amazon this summer, I got THREE box sets of 7 albums in each.

Yeah...that 3 pack seemed a bit excessive - I see maybe getting a copy of the original analog and the remix/remastered, but getting 2nd copies of the analog on 140 gram seems unneeded.

Well...all the different permutations of this set seems excessive, but that's just me.

Oh...I agree. That's why I picked the limited version - I get the analog vinyl and the remixed/remastered CD's. I doubt I'll even spin those, but that's at least how I convinced myself that the purchase was worth it.

The normal "original analog" set comes with both the LP's and CD's as the same "original analog" - I didn't see the need to get the same on CD.


Man...I know way too much about those Garth Brooks sets....for someone who really isn't a fan.

I am not a fan at all. All 3 are still sealed! I wonder what 2nd and Charles would offer for them? haha.

Which of those 3 are the better / best sounding? I would think it's the analog...
