Close but no Cigar album is the one record for some reason I havnt connected with as much as the others.

I paid a little too much for the MBV boot... but on the plus side it sounds pretty good! Glad to finally have their EPs to fill in the gap in my collection.

I finally got the Bacao album from Rough Trade this week - this is the last of my pending sale order. But unfortunately this pressing is super skippy - i wish i read discogs before I ordered... I'm going to try to clean to see if it does any better.

That KEXP show was the first time I saw them a while back. Still rocks

I had issues with it and the Liam Bailey record. However, I replaced my stylus in January. Must have done something during alignment, because both play fine now.
