I've been interested in Droog but never fully was grabbed by an album. The last one was starting to do it for me and then he was a complete petulant child about getting a 7 from fantano for like a whole week and my motivation to keep trying to get into him was sapped. If Droog ever did an album with Nas it would be the first Droog album I wouldn't buy.
Nas was never that interesting of a rapper and I maintain the only good album he ever did was illmatc. Everything else had some singles and filler. Super talented. Interesting rhymes at times, but Droog is 100x the rapper Nas is today... and Nas is a d-bag.

trap/mumble rap artist show great disrespect towards the pioneers that laid the foundation for Hip Hop and the MCs who came before them there for in my opinion separating themselves from the culture.overall i like trap on the production side of things but the "rapping" is utter sh*t.Lol I mean I know Frank isn't hip hop, but what would you consider Young Thug?
I thought it was quite funny! Like Tech N9ne said on Fragile:

He's a beginner and hopes for your demise, folks I'ma despise
Never do try to listen
It's real - I'm mad
Clueless when you scribble on your pad
How you gonna criticize with a chisel on your nads, sizzling your ad
You don't really get why I'm so pissed? Understand this:
I'm an artist, and I'm sensitive about my shit
If Kendrick wasnt on that song would you know the lyrics?

I mean, I'm not saying I can't understand why someone would get upset. But there are many ways to handle it that don't involve being a whiny baby for days. If you can't handle criticism, don't put your shit out there.I thought it was quite funny! Like Tech N9ne said on Fragile:

Lmao, I am a Tech N9ne fan so probably. Fun Fact. The song was originally gonna have Yelawolf too, but he never turned his verse in
Not to mention, a 7 is a good score.
Good to know
I recently bought every single vinyl they sell during that sale but it left me feeling sad the rest wasnt on vinyl lol
Atleast the 2 worst collabo albums got vinyl I guess :S
Btw you didnt tell me what u thought of that canadian project
I got in my Flashback Friday bag and started a wormhole into early 2000s hip hop hits lmao
Currently jamming to City High - What Would You Do
Sure, he's got a right to do whatever the hell he wants. Just like I've got a right to think he's a baby.I don't pay attention to any of that stuff and I have no problem with him going after Fantano about anything. The artist has a right to say people's interpretations of their work is bogus. However he went about it.
It has no bearing on whether I am into an album or not
