I've been interested in Droog but never fully was grabbed by an album. The last one was starting to do it for me and then he was a complete petulant child about getting a 7 from fantano for like a whole week and my motivation to keep trying to get into him was sapped.

Edit:that's what I get for checking the underground hip hop trends on Twitter I guess

trap/mumble rap artist show great disrespect towards the pioneers that laid the foundation for Hip Hop and the MCs who came before them there for in my opinion separating themselves from the culture.overall i like trap on the production side of things but the "rapping" is utter sh*t.

Ohhh ok

I would say his melodic ways and cadence on most songs would make him way more of a hip hop artist. I mean albeit an alternative one fore sure, I guess he raps too so can be considered a rapper. I find his production to be all over the place not just trap.

This is coming from someone who wasn't a fan at all when he first came out trolling the game, but I can definitely respect good music

I mean, I'm not saying I can't understand why someone would get upset. But there are many ways to handle it that don't involve being a whiny baby for days. If you can't handle criticism, don't put your shit out there.

Acting like critics are all talentless hacks is a pretty stupid stance in my opinion as well.

Not to mention, a 7 is a good score.

I don't think it is a big deal or anything. If it was someone I was a big fan of, I would probably forgive them, but when I'm just starting to be a fan of someone and they act like that, it makes me lose interest.

Edit: he could have actually explained why the interpretations were wrong (it wasn't just that) but he just whined and whined instead.
