Yeah, same for the Dallas show. It's all general admission minus some balcony seats that's only two rows running along the sides and back. I guess I'll try my luck with the Smile presale tomorrow.

Came back up for a second but couldn't cart the two I wanted.

Did you keep refreshing? That’s how I got through

You guuuuuuuuys, first 4 reviews on Cogs for The Smile pressing all say it's got left channel GZ noise... Anyone else here have it yet? I'm... concerned.
I have it (yellow pressing). Will stream again but I didn't notice any noise on first listen.

How particular are Sandbag on name matching? I bought for a friend (honestly, he was between paydays) and got one…and effed up the naming and put my name, I didn’t realize how particular the terms were. It’s an eticket so I think I’ll be able to just send it to him but if they name check it won’t match. I am guessing it’s up to the venue (Dallas)?

The Factory uses the AXS app for ticketing so he'll just need the barcode in the app. Went for Interpol back in April and I only had to show the ticket barcode on the app which will keep refreshing so you can't screenshot it. He will need the app on his phone. I think I had to show my Covid vaccine card. They only asked for ID for buying alcohol.

That makes a lot of sense, thank you. I just about crapped myself trying to do a friend a solid here. I know he has an Axs account as do I so it should be fine,

Tell him to arrive early if he wants a good standing spot. When I took the older one to Mitski, the line was wrapped around multiple blocks. Some of that was due to a younger crowd that required IDs and guardians to be present but some of it was the tickets themselves having to be scanned on the app. Interpol was a lot easier to just walk in and find a space. This will be a massive crush of people. Honestly, they should've put this show at the Toyota Music Pavilion out in Irving which is much larger.

For sure. I don't know how they chose venues this small. He lined up 12 hours before when they went to MSG in some obscene heat so I bet he will be one of those in line for a long time.

8 minutes in the queue and then able to select a ticket BUT the only option was Will Call only. Usually I wouldn't have an issue with that but considering I'm going solo and that would mean first picking up my ticket in a big line then getting in another huge line to get in to the venue, logistically that just makes no sense for me. I'll give the general on sale through Another Planet a shot on Friday.

Edit to add - looks like they are also selling reserved seats upstairs at Bill Graham Civic during the regular on sale while WASTE only has GA tickets. I'll definitely try for a reserved seat as I'm an old.
