Discogs is saying yellow is GZ, black is Optimal. Curious to see if you guys can confirm that.
I'll probably pick up a black vinyl copy when I come across one.

I pre-play all my GZ records at 78 rpm to de-crackle them.

I’m guessing someone cleaned their record with a spin clean and added a fuck load of static drying it. I used to do that all that time, it does slowly discharge over a couple of plays. But yeah totally isn’t fixing a pressing defect

There's crackles all over the first record. Nothing overwhelming, but it's there and it'll annoy you. A bit of right channel distortion on A3 for 10 secs as well.

First 4 cogs reviews all cite right channel noise on the yellow, and now @zdkaiser confirms they have it too? That's enough for me, I KNOW I'll have it because, once again, super finnicky cart over here...Haha that escalated quickly
I have no chance with GZ, with Optimal these days I'd say 50/50.
