Genuinely bummed about Italy, as they’re probably my second international team after Brazil. I hate it when big teams miss the tournament. Hopefully Portugal will advance.
As for the CONCACAF qualifiers… let’s just say that watching it makes me feel really good about Brazil’s chances come November (which in turn is worrisome, because Brazil usually only wins the WC when they’re the “nobody believes in us” team).

Looks like the Aussies are struggling to make it through after getting pumped 2-0 off Japan. Looks like Scotland might have a better chance of getting there, which is something I never thought I would say.
Think the Ukraine game will be a fairly emotional one - I'd love us to get through, sure, but I wouldn't be unhappy if they make it to the Cup. Not sure if we can find a striker before then.

I have never ordered one of those but I imagine it’s just slight thread pulls or maybe the tiniest of rips or holes that you’d not even notice. I don’t think they’d send you an unwearable shirt.

So my fantasy football aim is to get into the top 10 (which it has been since that disaster week 1!) ...I’m already thinking of next season ..made a lot of mistakes early on ...the last time I did fantasy football was in a newspaper with a pen and paper ..it has evolved

Looks like Ipswich poached another MUFC staff member @joemac. Sam Williams to be part of the recruitment team as some sort of analyst.
The town is totally in love with Kieran McKenna, what he has done since taking over is phenomenal and Mark Ashton has really clear ideas for the direction of the club. We need to win out to squeeze into the playoffs so it's probably too late at this point but exciting times at ITFC!
