A lot will depend on what they want from him. If they expect a 30 goal a year man and try to play him as that it will fail. Don’t expect that and build the team in a way that he leads the press and doesn’t have the pressure of being the only scorer, I agree.
 
Forest need to keep making moves!! I like the Taiwo Aniyani signing....Losing Spence and Samba will be rough but if they land Dean Henderson to replace Samba in goal that is a good start...They REALLY need a couple studs at midfield and up top attacking if they want to survive the season

Looks like Neco Williams is incoming from Liverpool, he’d be a direct replacement for Spence and I’ve always liked the look of him.

Samba is a character and replacing his personality will be a loss but imo Henderson is a far better keeper.

Looks like either they’ve given up on Garner, or we’ve decided we have plans for him this year, because you can’t loan 2 players from another Premier League club.

Yea seems like you all are adding him. I do like Williams if that indeed goes through! Question why doesn't the Championship sides go for the released players in their first season up. Give someone like Delph, Mata, or Origi a 1 year contract for a decent but smaller amount to help out year one

Edit: Yarmalenko would be a great fit for Forest now that West Ham dropped him

I think a lot depends on the player and the position but there has been a solid history of newly promoted teams adding in experience, particularly at centre half and holding midfield. I’m gunna be honest and say I’ve always though Yarmalenko blows too hot and cold to rely on, I had secretly hoping that one of them had gone for Bale but instead he opted for semi retirement, I suppose he’ll get to pick and choose his games ahead of the World Cup.

That would've been cool...Yea Yarmalenko is very bi-polar when it comes to showing up to play at a top level...There are a handful of others I can think of that would work there. I guess we will wait and see

Side note...You're doing the fantasy league this year correct? Are we keeping it the same format as previous years?

Yeah I’ll renew it when I’m able and yes unless they change anything it will be the same!
