The article says he is upset about his wages being less (as well as everyone's) since the CL bonuses aren't there this season. It's a bad look if (big IF since it could all be ITK BS) he's upset over his wages when he's on something ridiculous already and is a billionaire.
You also know what you’re getting with Ronaldo and he’s effectively a corporation and he knows his worth, or at least his people do. If they feel the club are still making the same money off his back and he’s getting a cut in his share he won’t be happy. With the likes of himself and Messi, for better or worse, the usual rules don’t apply, and as they get older that is increasingly hard to justify from anything other than a commercial standpoint.
