You also know what you’re getting with Ronaldo and he’s effectively a corporation and he knows his worth, or at least his people do. If they feel the club are still making the same money off his back and he’s getting a cut in his share he won’t be happy. With the likes of himself and Messi, for better or worse, the usual rules don’t apply, and as they get older that is increasingly hard to justify from anything other than a commercial standpoint.
 
Sterling going to Chelsea it seems. Spurs getting Djed Spence....Jealous of that one. Arsenal had their sights set but they're all over the place it seems. Hopefully this Dumfries news is true. I would love if we could land him. Alot of names being thrown around right now. Gnabry, Tielemans, Martinez, Asensio, and Dumfries. I wouldn't mind any of them!

There's conflicting reports on this one. Some Spurs Tier 1's who are basically club mouthpieces are saying it's not close. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't happen. But everyone else and their uncle are echoing that one article that it is. It's just Levy haggling over prices which is why it's taking ages.

Silver lining to the whole other thing happening with Arsenal is Tielmans. It didn't feel like it was going to happen but now you kind of need him.

Yea him and another center back desperately needed so we can get Xhaka out of that spot.

Then again this is all assuming Tomiyasu doesn't get hurt which......

Haaland & Kane, no KDB, no Salah, hoping for a Diaz breakout season. Riding hopium on Spurs assets from the start. There's a fine line between going out on a limb with differentials in FPL and just riding it with Salah captain every week.

Happy to have Son, Haaland and Dias in my team but equally am looking to do some dodgy dealing before the deadline to try to swap Son for Salah. At £5m I think Trippier will be a bargain this year, if he stays fit.
