Eric Dier is horrible in Ange's system but he might do well at Bayern. He's a consummate professional, will take to learning German really quick, will help Kane settle even more into Germany. Can play anywhere on the backline and as a DM. Will happily sit on the bench and not complain. It makes a lot of sense for a 4th choice CB for them.
