First watch in 12 years. Went with the Special Edition Assembly Cut. It's a bit too long but i liked it more than the Theatrical cut.

This movie is fantastic, highly recommended for fans of things like Welcome to the Dollhouse. My wife and I have been singing this song for weeks.

I know. I thought it was too dark (visually and tonally) and I was pretty bored. Might give it another shot once the Penguin wraps up though!

I watched this one broken up over a couple of days due to time constraints those days, and it works as a 3-episode miniseries...

It's pretty much the same tonally and visually as The Penguin. Just as goofy and entertaining too. Recommend another go.

I'm rereading the books of these right now because a 4th one just came out. Once I'm done this is getting a rewatch (it's a fairly vibe-faithful adaptation that changes a ton of things, so it's very interesting from an adaptation standpoint).
