I’m still waiting, but I’m not antsy. Plenty of Santas have posted that they’re sending stuff out this week! I figure if I don’t hear anything by New Years, I’ll say I didn’t get anything. Not because I’d be mad ( buying stuff has gotten me over my usual procrastination and into the holiday spirit a lot faster and that’s been great!), but because I’d want them to know that their package got lost!

USPS must be in some sort of death spiral in my neighborhood right now since nothing seems to want to be delivered.

Im sure its the same for everyone at this time of the year, but as a heads up for anyone in the UK or shipping to the UK, the delivery service is in bits at the moment with the Christmas rush. I live a mile from the Parcelforce depot (I can see it from my flat window in the distance) yet they have had 1 parcel being delivered to me for 15 days now, and the one @LeeVing sent for about a week. They have given up and passed a load (including both my parcels) to Royal Mail, who delivered 1 to me this morning. Still waiting on the other though....

Something came to my stoop today. I was sure I didn't order anything. Another package from the mystic mountains of.....Toronto.



In a manic frenzy I opened the package to discover the contents to be........interesting.

This album means so much to me and I have the weirdest relationship with it. But thats a story for another day. Thank you so much SS. I've been trying to think of which vinyl loving Torontonian sent me the first package. Have a great christmas!!.....And you should reveal yourself before i go kringle crazy.

Unfortunately, they’ve now gone on strike and so the packages will have to be delivered in 2 separate installments, the first should be shipped tomorrow. Apologies, Santee. All these elves are getting coal this year, I assure you.
