I think I am good on 70/71 acoustic solo Neil shows. (I’ve said this before) but I will probably grab that 74 show.
That’s exactly how I feel, but “no more acoustic Neil” are famous last words.I think I am good on 70/71 acoustic solo Neil shows. (I’ve said this before) but I will probably grab that 74 show.
Mine shipped today from Paladin Buyers Club so I'm guessing they should be shipping soon.I pre-ordered ORS4 box but I haven't received a shipping notice. Anyone get theirs from NYA yet?
I saw copies started arriving in stores and typically NYA ships to arrive on release day so I was just curious.Mine shipped today from Paladin Buyers Club so I'm guessing they should be shipping soon.
That is the one I was most interested in. I may grab the others at some point but I have a lot of ‘71 solo acoustic Neil already. The three latest Bootleg Series releases are up on Neil Young Archives for streaming.
Royce Hall '71, Dorothy Chandler Pavillion '71, and Bottom Line '74.
I'll pick up the Bottom Line '74 / Citizen Kane Jr. Blues release for sure with its pre-release On The Beach tracks.
In the end, it turns out Neil Young is ALSO a big fan of Neil Young and just wants to hear all the awesome showsI’m pretty sure Neil’s plan is for us to have all the ‘71 shows on our shelves.
His online store is called the Greedy Hand....I’m pretty sure Neil’s plan is for us to have all the ‘71 shows on our shelves.
Whenever I see the box, I shudder a little. Not the worst packaging, but not the best either. That being said, I’ve never had any problems with anything I’ve ordered from there.Speaking of which: How is ordering from Neil's store?
Did the previous boxes have any exclusives? This current one has Eldorado, but I can’t remember if any of the others have something you can’t pick up without getting the box. I have the box with Rust Never Sleeps, and seems to me that everything in that set can be purchased individually. The new box set sounds great so far! Spun two of the records so far and it’s flat, quiet and sounds solid. Bellers did a great job. Really regretting not getting the earlier boxes…
All of the boxes have been released prior to further reissues, imagine el dorado will be a reissue separately by the end of the year.Did the previous boxes have any exclusives? I prefer ordering directly from Neil because you receive a FLAC download of your purchase. Like others mentioned NYA uses a fulfillment service shared by many artists and the vinyl packaging is not the best. I've only had one issue and cs was quick to send a replacement.Speaking of which: How is ordering from Neil's store?
The same could be said about the Bowie boxes but we’re still waiting on the individual reissues of the 90s box…All of the boxes have been released prior to further reissues, imagine el dorado will be a reissue separately by the end of the year.
