I’ve thought about this everytime it has happened. I got into them both in 2015 and consider them both to be my favorite artists releasing rn so I always feel so lucky to get an album from them both around the same time

I really enjoyed Kim Deal and Kiwanuka (listened to both of them twice today.). Closing out the little one’s day with Ehnes and Armstrong play Brahms and Schumann. Will hit Kendrick and Possibly Opeth before I flip on the HiFi for nightly spins in headphones. Will get to FJM sometime this week, you guys probably shouldn’t hold your breath for my opinion.

Haven't gotten to Kim yet, but I listened to Kiwanuka last night before bed and again this morning on the way to daycare. Wonderful stuff.

Besides that, isn't indie rock one of the foundations of your taste? I feel like you just don't like modern indie rock as much- especially when it's in the Bon Ivoresque singer songwriter / folk lane.

Is Bon Iveresque singer songwriter indie rock? Cause TLK says the same about me and Singer Singwriter folk stuff, especially Bon Iveresque is like the stuff I like after Country and Soul.
