Have you listened to this yet? I just finished it. I enjoyed the majority of it, but there are a couple of songs that could be removed and it would make the whole thing way better for me. I'll definitely come back to it though.

I haven't listened yet, it's in the queue for later today. Had a long night with the baby, though, so first I'm going back to bed!

I wasn't floored by my first listen, but I didn't dislike it either. It was also a somewhat distracted listen, so I've put it on my to revisit list in hopes I might get more out of it on another visit somewhere down the line.

That's how I felt too for the most part. I enjoyed it enough to save it to my library! I'll give it another shot probably this weekend.

Starting today with Trentemoller. Really enjoying this one.

Interested in this, but I have it very low on my list. Let me know if it's worth pushing up!

I'm starting out with Big Thief because I like to have very emotional mornings

This Big Thief is really something. Great to see them stretching out into new territory, with confidence.

Also, I highly recommend The Sea Drift by The Delines (Willy Vlautin from Richmond Fontaine, Amy Boone from The Damnations). Everything they have done is fantastic. This one is more character studies delivered a la Gulf Coast country soul in the mold of Tony Joe White. An album to get lost in, for sure.

There are some incredible moments on Big Thief's new album, but man I really wanted to like it more on my first listen! Hoping it grows more on me!
