New Music Friday!

Haven't seen anyone reference Marchita, the amazing full-length debut from Silvana Estrada that released last week. She's not on Bandcamp, but you should be able to find on your streaming app of choice. The NY Times recently did a great feature on Silvana:

Oh, and check out her Tiny Desk (home) Concert. It's amazing.

Aaaannnndddd now I'm obsessed. This is lovely.

I have my sights set on yeule; Animal Collective; Mitski; and Black Country, New Road of the list above.

Ivy Sole was solid.

One other I'm adding:

Patricia Wolf - I'll Look For You in Others [field recordings, ambient, drone]

Yeah, I am excited for Black County, New Road. Might have to grab a copy of the new Animal Collective as well. It’s taken a month but I am officially pumped for a 2022 release day!
