I think he'd prefer not get us in a war prior to the election. But then again, I don't claim to know what's going on in a madman's mind. I will recall that Iran captured navy sailors in 2016 and not much came in the aftermath. Although, the context was slightly different and there was a different Commander-in-Chief.

Idk, if he provokes some kind of attack, it could solidify anti-Muslim tropes and prejudice in this country, making him more popular. I know, it sounds like a conspiracy theory similar to a Q follower, but with this president, is it really *that* far fetched?
 
Also, since my mind is on DJT....and, really, when is it NOT....am I right or am I right?

It dawned on me the other week how he was broadcasting up and down the megahertz about upcoming ICE raids. Didn't he criticize the Obama admin/coalition forces for announcing the pending infil into Mosul and the dropping of pamphlets to the civ population? Of course dude never heard of PSYOPs or the fact that you're not really going to conceal a coalition of Iraqi police, military, and Kurdish fighters moving into a major city.

A cash strapped school distract in Pennsylvania is in hot water after they sent home a letter threatening to take parents to court for not paying for their children's lunch. In the letter they stated that this could result in your child being placed in foster care.

This is the latest case of "Lunch Shaming" making headlines. At least in this case they are attempting to shame the parents and not the kids. More than 1,000 parents owe the school distract for lunch money for last year adding up to more than $25,000.

Federal lunch funding was nearly eliminated after the Trump Administration took office. Remember when they said "There is no such thing as a free lunch"?

Low income families are left unable to afford lunch money after federal programs to help pay for it have been slashed.
 
Tensions are escalating even more with Iran this morning.

Iran just released a statement overnight that they have 17 CIA operatives in custody. Some of which have already been sentenced to death.
 
Well, the good news is we have a solid club in WS bringing in solid music. Honestly, I so rarely recognize anything they are bringing in I overlook them all the time.
 
A Illinois GOP Group says the minority Dem congresswomen are extremist and shares meme depicting them as “the jihad squad”.

I don't even know how you would respond to that. I'm at a loss for words and disappointed once again at people in our country.

US immigration officials defended the detention of a high school student born in the US who was held behind bars for three weeks, saying Wednesday the teen provided conflicting reports regarding his citizenship status.

A teenager who was born in the United Sates, and is a United States citizen was in immigration detention for three weeks after ICE stoped him and detained him on his way to meet with a college scout.

The issue was his parents were in the United States Illegally. And when they applied for a Mexican Tourist visa for their sun to visit family they lied about their names and where their son was born to prevent ICE from coming after them.

Ice when after the teenage when because they thought he was born in Mexico and was in the country illegally. They should have been able to quickly and easily been able to verify is citizenship, but did not. According to immigrations rights groups this shows that the system is overwhelmed and they are not taking the proper time time each case requires. They failed to make sure their information was accurate before detaining the teenager and never followed up after he was detained until 3 weeks later after his detainment made national news.

Oh, you should have heard some of the excuses tossed out locally...........it was posted by an un-authorized user, we had no idea it was there, but when we were notified we immediately took it down. :rolleyes:
