Political Discussion

The striking down of the 40 year Chevron Deference decision means that Judges, will now determine how to implement laws instead of specialists and scientists from FDA, USDA, and EPA moving forward.

We are fucked.

I hate how this story isn't even making the front page today. It's just a footnote lost in the noise that was the debate and the fact that the SCOTUS said the Jan 6th insurrectionists couldn't be charged with obstruction.

You know what I keep dwelling on this morning…. Trump said at least twice last night that once he was elected he would be able to put a stop to things Putin is doing. Like what kind of deal did he make with Putin? Also, I completely think he though Manchurian was “Mandarin” but maybe it was a Freudian slip?

Does this not surprise you?

Already fully expected this. He's a stubborn, proud bastard that has long out lived his usefulness.
No, it does not surprise me? If I'm reading your question right. It's still obnoxious tho. Obama forced this loser on to us, he should be publicly calling for a fresh voice. It's not like he has a political career anymore, but he's a craven asshole too.
