Oh your probably correct, i didnt check. Makes no sense it would be an exclusive.... didnt engage brain.

No. It wasn't an exclusive but it was in the sale section as recently as February (which is when I bought mine) or maybe even March.

I don't think there is anything nefarious about the 2 versions of the Phoenix record being made available so close together, that would require planning and forethought. Just another example of the right hand not knowing what the left is doing or even giving a fuck.

As an aside, I am curious to know how many ROTM and exclusives in the last year or so are part of the Universal Music group? I know there are like only 2 major labels left. Too lazy to bother with it.
