I am assuming that is what these listing are however this being one of those highly coveted titles it’s initial pressing might get gobbled up quickly. It might not too but people are hedging their bets just in case.

yes. widely available black version and limited red on cake's site. the black is selling out at lots of places too, but popped up on amazon and other sites so it should have a wide release.
