Spin The Black Circle - The Pearl Jam Thread

Husband secretly bought me a mystery bag. Very happy with what I got.

Thrilled about the Global Citizen shirt - we got there and they were sold out. Also love having the canceled 2020 shirt, and the 2023 tour shirt that says Indy - we had tix but it was canceled 5 hours before doors.

We had tix for the postponed Toronto show - would have been our first Canadian gig. Ended up doing rescheduled Hamilton & Toronto, and love that sticker. We also had St Paul tix (but decided to only go to Indy) Husband is a Vikings fan, so he's beyond thrilled with the Minnesota license plate.

And, just have to add, I have SO MANY black PJ shirts and did not need more, but I'm happy.

Anniversary of the 11/21/2013 show in San Diego. Fantastic show for a number of reasons. 34 songs in almost 3 1/2 hours. Matts Mom was there, as was Mike's dad. Ed had the crowd pass a bottle of wine through the crowd up to his mom in the stands. Plus I got these great shots from my first time in GA.

whoa, we were probably like 10ft away from each other (for a little while anyway).

That shitty 5 city tour officially brings an end to my 10c membership.
Putting in for Pitt and probably Atlanta. The thing with fan2fan is you can easily buy tix close to day of show. We upgraded our Philly seats 3 times and picked up amazing side stage seats for Baltimore in a TM drop the day before the show. So if we don't "win" the lottery, I'm not at all worried about getting tix.

i finally used my Ten Club membership for tickets last year after many years, so that was nice, but really I keep it so I can keep my grandfathered nugs subscription price, which when paired with the Ten Club, is still way cheaper than a regular sub there

I think I pay $25/yr for nugs thanks to PJ. Something ridiculously low.

For the first time ever on the last NA tour, both my husband and I FINALLY hit for NYC tix since the lottery was instituted. He won N1 seats, I won N2 GA. He also won for every other show we wanted - that MSG show was my only win.

Usually, we both hit for the same show and need to unload a pair. My number is so much better than his as he let his lapse three times, so if I go for reserved seats, they are usually decent. Last lottery was an anomaly as there were far too many premium seats and they offered different tiers of pricing.

I think mine is $30 because I signed up through Ten Club. Ridiculous value.
I know they've done the nugs sign up at least twice. A friend told me he's paying $30 and I though that's what I paid until I looked it up and saw it's less than that. And I honestly thought it was a one time thing - a year of discount then back to "regular" price. Nope - it's renewed at that low rate for at least 6 or 7 years now.

I thought it was a one year thing too, but I think this is year five of it for me at $30/yr. I'm pretty sure it's just some auto renew thing that no one at nugs is paying attention to.

I let my 21 year membership lapse in October. I have fond memories but the concert stars will probably never align for me again, so why pay $40 bucks a year?
I'm letting mine lapse next month. They never come to Ohio. The new music is awful. The website exclusives aren't great and I'm not into the merch any longer. I just can't keep feeding a mediocre at best machine. I have wonderful memories of shows, and never thought I'd let this lapse - I just don't connect with this band now. I've been in 10c since 1998, so this has been a long journey for me. I just can't justify the travel with all of my kids stuff, especially when I won't want to hear half the songs they are playing live.

It was a good run, but all good things come to an end.
