Just finished Alice In Borderland. I really hope they dont make a season 3. It ends really well. Comparisons to Squid Games are pretty justified. I would say it feels more like a live action anime which makes sense as it was a manga. The games are definitely more technical too especially in season 2 which is cool. The ending really reminds me of Lost but more explained and less ambiguous. Which is a good way to end IMO. Although I did like Lost overall, I felt like it went on for way too long to leave it not completely explained in the end. I also enjoyed a lot of the fakeouts in the last episodes. I was buying the Queen of Heart's 1000 years in the future story lol
I think I enjoyed Squid games as a show more though.

Finally getting around to watching the Handsmaid Tale. I'm on about ep 4 or 5 of the first season.
Really impressive...good acting, well done world building. But Jesus Christ, is it bleak and depressing! My morale takes straight nut punches throughout the episodes.

Finally finished my rewatch of all 6 seasons of The Expanse. It held up well, though S2 was too long at 13 episodes and even S5 could have been trimmed a bit. I think this time around I warmed up to Steven Strait as Holden (though he played him too world weary and a little too humourless).
I think it is a good sign when you rewatch a series and feel bad again that it is over.

Spoiler: it's Not getting any less bleak . We paused after season 3 and have not resumed, yet, becauwe my wife Findsit too depressing
Just watched the first episode. Good so far. Starting episode 2 now.
