Very excited too. We watched it twice through, might even do a third before January.I'm so excited for this one. We watched the first season three times in a row when it came out since the wife couldn't get enough.
Just watched the first two episodes. Good so far.

Agreed, it's great and Rashida Jones is a national treasure.Watched the first two this weekend. Looking forward to the rest!
I rewatched season 1 too. It really helps keep all the characters straight considering how many were played by multiple different actors.Decided to do a re-watch of House of the Dragon before diving into season 2. I had forgotten how good the first episode was.
I don’t know if there was ever funnier straight man in the history of comedy.

I've never watched this, but feel like between the on-camera talent and behind-the-camera talent, it's loomed large as a rosetta stone for tv for the next couple decades. If you are fans of the Wire or David Simon in general, I highly encourage you to watch Homicide: Life on the Street. It is finally coming to streaming on August 19th on Peacock. The late and great Andre Braugher, Richard Belzer, and Yaphet Kotto all head the cast along with Melissa Leo, Daniel Baldwin, Ned Beatty, Clark Johnson, and Kyle Secor. You will notice a good number of repeating themes and storylines from The Wire as this was the precursor to it. The acting is top notch. There are tons of great cameos and guest stars like Robin Williams, Elijah Woods, Steve Buscemi, J.K. Simmons, David Morse, Dean Winters, and Chris Rock.
