Current decision I need to make:

2014 Mono Peppers
2014 Mono MMT
German true stereo MMT

I do have the 2014 Mono CD Box, which sounds incredible (gasp), but I also have mono Revolver, White Album and Rubber Soul, which are flawless…..so do I need the mono LPs?

Lord help me.

If you’re going to part with any 2014 mono vinyl….. I’ll be happy to take them off your hands :)

Yes! Finally someone has the honesty, nay, the COURAGE to just come out and say what we've all been thinking! My god, what a weight that's been lifted... do you feel it? I can feel it... it's a bright new day friends, together we can now FINALLY all move forward in unison and understanding that it truly IS, all about Me.

I can't wait to show this to my therapist, finally the definitive proof I've been looking for.

Side note yes I'm also definitely going to buy this. And if it's a box set, I'm probably getting that. Because I HAVE NO SELF RESTRAINT

Yeah I thought that the technological restrictions were for everything pre Peppers? But I think recording technology was developing so fast in the 60s, and they were pioneers in it, that I wouldn’t be surprised wherever that line was drawn.

The technology constraints are on our current technology. My assumption is that he figured something out.

The constraints are on our technology because of the constraints that were on theirs if that makes sense. Because of the way they were recorded they have multiple instruments and vocals on single tracks and so have to find a way of lifting an individual instrument or vocal from the track digitally. With Peppers onwards they had more individual tracks, and then bounced them down, so they could go back to the original recording before it was bounced and then resync them.
