fwiw, I have the white B/RVG of Andrew Hill “Grass Roots” and think that album is very underrated (it also sounds great)

Andrew!!!

I would like Freddie Hubbard's Red Clay and Cal Tjader's Soul Sauce to get "audiophile" upgrades.

I feel like Blue Note's gotten a lot of their best work pressed so I'm basically just studying their catalog at this point.

Compulsion is the one I want. I have one of the ‘68 stereo presses of Andrew!!! but have never found a copy of Compulsion that’s within any price range I can do.

Compulsion!!!!! and Andrew!!! are pretty much the only two non-Arkestra sessions by John Gilmore that I'm still looking for. One or two of the others may be due for an upgrade eventually (particularly The Artistry of Freddie Hubbard, since my copy is a boot!), but I'd be pretty damn stoked to have them all.

Subscribing gives you the right/chance to buy the subscription-exclusive releases, but those are not included in the subscription?

I feel like they should allow you some kind of VMP-esque swap. So if you didn't want a particular release you could exchange it for one of the eclusives or one of the past releases or something.

I love the idea of the Tone Poet Society but I would really need the tier one price to be $21 per title, not $31. And some of these releases are great, others I can live without or already have a good pressing. As @ngower suggested, a swap option would make it more tempting.
