Agree. I love this LP. I've purchased a couple of used copies that were among the most visually beat up Blue Notes I've seen, telling me that a LOT of people have loved this LP over the years. I had the VMP and thought it sounded excellent, but it was a real pain to switch my vintage Thorens to 45 RPM, and the record was fetching a lot of money on the secondary market, so I parted with it. Very happy to get a nice clean KG cut for a cheap price--even if I have to wait another 8 months for it.
 
I bought "only" 10 Tone Poets in 2024, but I love all of them. Subject to review, a quick ranking:

The Transition titles were just awesome this year. Knocked my socks off.
Need to grab Total Eclipse, Kofi, and Taru next time there's a knockout sale. Kinda underwhelming sales this year, huh? Maybe closed to Xmas. We've been spoiled! 😂
