I'm no historian, but Wikipedia showed some fun stuff in their discography. Not sure if they'd go the Willie Nelson route with bigger titles like Electric Mud (which has had quite a few pressings within the last 5 years) or make it more of a deep dive.

I hope not since third man has their pressing and it will be hard to beat

udiscover has a pre-order up for pharoah's "karma", I wouldn't be too upset if it wound up in the impulse box either TBH....

that one is already AAA though? edit: that's part of the AS series, not the Third Man Verve series.

VMP discord. Storf has dropped hints and confirmed some titles when asked.

The box starts and ends with a Coltrane album (Starts with Africa/Brass and ends with Ptah, both supposedly AAA).

Very interesting that the three confirmed are getting released this month. Given that Verve/Impulse are doing audiophile releases of some stuff, but did what seems like high quality audiophile digital releases for others (Ptah, Chicken Fat), I’d be curious about the state of those tapes.
